Terms and Conditions

By purchasing services at PermaLine Cosmetics, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

•Full payment is due at your initial treatment. All cosmetic treatments include one complementary touch-up. Medical treatments do not include a touch-up.

•Touch up sessions are to be completed 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure. If needed, a second touch-up session can be scheduled for an additional fee.



Before attending a consultation for permanent makeup, it is important that you are familiar with the cost of the treatment prior to your arrival.

Due to the nature of the business, a technician can often only see one new client per day for a consultation.  These appointments are of premium value so we ask that you please give us at least 3 full working days notice of any changes or cancellations.


Arrival Policies

PermaLine Cosmetics requests that all new customers arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment and reserves the right not to serve customers who arrive late.

Due to the Health Department regulations, no friends or family members are allowed in the treatment room during the procedure.

No pets are allowed into the office.


Payment Policies

Full payment is required on the day of treatment.

Methods of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal


Cancellation Policy

Three full working days notice is required for all appointment changes.

Appointments not attended or cancelled within the notice period may be charged at 50% of the scheduled procedure’s cost, unless your scheduled time can be reallocated to another client.

Cancellations will only be recognized in writing via email.
